A text has been going around that the planet Pluto will be visible this month of July... it will be 34.65 million miles from Earth... blah blah blah.Anyway, just to put an end to all this... I'm sorry to say, Pluto won't be close to Earth at all. It will be about 2.8 billion miles from Earth, and not visible to the naked eye.
Mars, however, will be close to our moon on Aug 27, 2007. Not sure if this will be visible to the naked eye or not though. Will confirm as soon as I can get concrete info on this.
And will also confirm info on an upcoming meteor shower this August.
For those that still want to see Pluto, please visit your nearest Disney Theme Park. Hehehehe
